Hey there, friends! If you’re anything like me, you know how hard it can be to juggle all the hats we wear every day. Between homeschooling the boys (complete with those pre-teen mood swings), keeping up with work, and trying not to drown in housework, life can feel exhausting. During this season of constant busyness, it’s crucial to make time for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Taking time for ourselves can sometimes feel like we’re shirking our responsibilities, but let’s flip that mindset! Releasing that guilt is key because, ultimately, caring for ourselves lets us show up stronger for everyone else. Here are some simple, realistic self-care ideas that fit into even the busiest schedules.

For instance, while doing chores or cooking, I’ll often listen to a podcast or audiobook to keep my mind engaged.
